Seedling Sale

Seedling Sale to Support Environmental Education and Improve our Community

York County residents are invited to support a great cause, help to improve the environment, and beautify their properties by participating in the 46th Annual York County Conservation District Seedling Sale.

Each year over 20,000 seedlings are sold and planted in York County and surrounding areas. Featured this year will be numerous seedlings native to the area, as well as a variety of fruit-bearing shrubs and trees, such as apple and peach trees.

Individuals interested in purchasing seedlings or trees can go to https://www.yorkccd.org/shop to purchase seedlings. Orders will be accepted now through March 14, 2022.  Supply is limited and customers are encouraged to order now to ensure product availability. Orders will be available for pickup at Rocky Ridge County Park between 10 AM and 6 PM on Thursday, April 14, 2022.

Proceeds from the sale support the Conservation District’s educational programs including the popular Envirothon program, which attracts nearly 1,000 students each year. For additional information, contact the Conservation District at (717) 840-7430.
