Notice to File for Party Status

On November 12, 2009, the York Township Board of Commissioners conducted its first hearing for the Heritage Hills Associates Substantive Validity Challenge. At that time, the Board rendered a decision that any person, civil organization or community organization seeking status as a party must enter an appearance in writing on forms provided by the Board no later than the commencement of the hearing to be held on January 5, 2010. This hearing does commence at 2:00 p.m. Attached to this notice is a copy of the “Entry of Appearance for Party Status” form for use by any person seeking party status.

Notice of Party Participation

The order that parties will be responsible for presenting their case will be as follows:

1. Heritage Hills Associate
2. York Township
3. Parties in opposition (the order of appearance by all parties in opposition shall be by the number on their Entry of Appearance form. Included in the link below is a current list of parties that have been permitted to appear before the Board as parties in opposition).

It is the responsibility of all parties to be prepared to present their case in the order noted above. Cross examination and re-cross of all witnesses shall be in the order noted above.
