| The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 8-0 is moving forward with its plans to improve the I-83 Exit 18 (Mt. Rose Avenue) Interchange in York County. The Interchange reconstruction will serve to increase public and motorist safety at this busy intersection. While Exit 18 is undergoing reconstruction, traffic will be maintained throughout the project area. The start of construction is sceduled for 2015.
